choice. Cup in hands and breathe deeply to promote relaxation. Inhale the arome at work or at school to lessen occasional anxious feelings.
Topical use: Rub on the bottoms of your feet to promote a sense of grounding. Apply using the AromaTouch hand technique. Apply to wrists to help calm nervousness.
